Food Drive
On the Weekends of November 1-2 and 8-9 the Archbishop has asked every parish to host a food drive to suppot food pantries in St. Louis. The intent is to support the estimated 292,000 families in the Archdiocese of St. Louis that are impacted with the Federal Shutdown.
More details to follow next week. Inspired by our Patron Saint Louis and Saint Vincent de Paul, the Archbishop invites us to respond with love and generosity.
🍂 Parish Fall Dinner – Sunday, November 2nd 🍝
Join your fellow parishioners for an evening of good food and fellowship!
Following the 5:00 p.m. Mass, gather in Boland Hall Cafeteria for a Parish Fall Dinner featuring an Italian Feast — pasta, salad, and garlic bread.
Come share a meal, meet new friends, and celebrate the blessings of our parish community.
All Souls Novena
November is the month of All Souls. It is a time during which we especially remember our beloved deceased in prayer here at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis. You are invited to remember deceased loved ones in prayer during the Cathedral Basilica’s All Souls Novena, nine days of prayer for the departed, beginning on November 2.
Please send us the names of the deceased loved ones you wish included in the Novena, and they will be remembered collectively in a Mass each day for nine days. In addition to our prayer, the name and image of your loved one will be displayed in our chapel, and you will receive a lovely Mass card with the name of your departed loved one inscribed inside.
Let us remember our departed loved ones by storming the gates of heaven with prayers on their behalf, praying with confidence the words: “Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord. May perpetual light shine upon them.”
